Round 4

The outcome was never in doubt as Dutch Roll gets his second straight win ($4.00) to open the 2008 season, while setting another course record.  Sand Crabs made it interesting on the back 9, but could not get any closer than two shots down the stretch and settles for the RU ($1.00).  Kinzler shoots the round of the day at -3 to finish T6, with 1 bonus point.

Will someone step up to challenge Dutch Roll next week at the Bob Hope Chrylser Classic?

Round 3

Dutch Roll keeps rolling and has a six shot lead heading into the final round.  Sand Crabs shoots the RR of the day at -9 (Sabbatini 66, Matteson 65) and is T2 at -24.  Also tied for 2nd are Honma and defending champ Gonzalez.

Briny Baird, Mark Calcavecchia, Daniel Chopra, Troy Matteson, Heath Slocum

Round 2

Dutch Roll is on fire at -23 (Choi 65) and takes a commanding three shot lead into the weekend.  Honma sits in 2nd place at -20.

Honma gets a little help from his friends, namely Baird, Johnson and Imada, and takes a one shot lead over last week’s winner Dutch Roll with a -12.  T3 are Slaughter (looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss last week after having the 54 hole lead) and defending champion Gonzalez, both at -9 respectively.
