Round 4

On a day when only one team shot under par (Kinzler RR -1) , Shlink Lincoln takes advatage of the teams ahead of him falling back and gets the major win ($20), the second of his career, on a round of even par.  Shlink Lincoln also sets the new Masters course record at -21.  Honma, the leader after three rounds, hangs on for the major RU ($5), his first career major $ Finish.

The win for Shlink Lincoln moves him into 1st on the 08 Money List and 4th on the Rotoff Career Earnings list.  He also joins Dutch Roll as the only other team with two major titles.

Interesting to note those that were out of play this week as Masters champion Trevor Immelman, T3 Brandt Snedeker and T5 Steve Flesch all rode the bench for their repective teams.  Had Shlink Lincoln played Snedeker he would not have won, especially had the other two above been in the field.

All eyes will be on Shlink Lincoln in June as he goes for the Rotoff Slam at the U.S. Open.  ;o ) 

Round 3

Honma and Shlink Lincoln share the RR at -8.  Honma takes a three shot lead over Golf Cheese Hoes into the final round at -26 overall.  Also in contention to win are Shlink Lincoln and Sand Crabs in 3rd and 4th place respectively.  Defending champ Dutch Roll is ten shots back after three rounds and a repeat win seems highly unlikely………….but anything can happen on Masters Sunday.  Stay tuned for the exciting final round action.

Round 2

Golf Cheese Hoes annihilates the field and sets a Rotoff Masters record for round 2 scoring with a -11 (Weir 68, Cink 69, Poulter 69) to lead by two shots at -20 overall.  In 2nd place is Honma at -18.  All other teams are six strokes or more back heading into the weekend.
