Free Agent Period 3 is complete. The waiver priority (based on reverse order of standings after week 15) for Free Agent Period 3 was as follows:

3. Kinzler
4. Shlink Lincoln
5. Sand Crabs
6. Slaughter
7. 18 Hoes
8. Honma
9. Gonazlez
10. Dutch Roll

Free Agent adds will take the default roster position of the player that was dropped.
Remember you can edit your default roster at any time, in fact I would recommend that everyone do this at least after every free agency period.
The next Free Agent Period (P4) will be after Week 20 and the waiver priority will be based on order of finish at The Player Championship in Week 19.
